hurhur.
today de training was sososo tiring. like nv really rest dao. went down to yishun. de kids are hyper active de. like de more they train de more energetic. keep calling me meowmeow. haha.
do stretching, double of our usuals. basics, like dunno how long nv do ler. do tao lu, practised junjie helped me. i cant jump. stupid ankle and toe lo. running ard de park, 3 rounds. hoho. i took short cut. who noes i turn back de kids all follow me. im such a bad example. lol. lead em tk short cut. scarly nxt week they run short cut again i die. followed by 体能. jumps. around 3 hours .
