BACK from training !
tired. went yishun. but today consider quite slack ler. firstly im late. & secondly me and cal purposely drag time stretch v slowly. hur who knows jiaolian call my name. ask me to learn 1 new jump. he was thinking of putting it into our routine. emm. dunno why my toe and ankle recently so pain. isit the weather or wad. old injury. irritating.
v long nv do the whole tao lu properly ler. reach de 2nd half jiu cmi ler. lol. cant balance properly. but it feels good to train (:
&&& my little juniors ! super fun wit em la. play till siao ler. they wan us to play wit em. we all tired lazy to move. but in de end we still play. ahaha. crazy ler. tk off each other's shoes throw ard. i think is not we bully em. is they bully us. hehe. so cute la em. every fri training ends ard 9.30 but we play till 11. haha. like extra physical training. lol. they like de more they practise the more energetic they are.
20 dec going outing again wit em again . dunno to pulau ubin or ECP cycling all that. sure fun "P
hurhur. hvn even finish 1 paper jiu think of playing ler. x(
